I have had hypergraphia so bad, lately, that I’ll write about Betty’s ear infection.
So poor Betty, she has an infection in her ear that is so stinky you can smell it from across the room. Very attractive to potential suitors, let me tell you. “She’s really old,” I keep announcing, as if that explains why her ear smells like something died in it and began to rot. It really is a little embarrassing. I finally took her into the doctor’s, and he gave me some ointment to put in there. Slowly the smell is going away.
Golly I love my dog, though. I’m going to write a blog about her, just her, another time. In the meantime, if you’re reading this, you’re probably wondering why this post is titled Astra Heights. I’ll tell you why. I went and compiled every blog I ever wrote about Astra Heights, on their typepad blog or at MySpace, onto one site. It gave me a great sense of accomplishment. The new site is “Rocket Reports,” linked in my blogroll there in the sidebar. One woman’s chronicle of a five-man band.
Just so you know.
i finally finished ‘unbearable lightness’ on tour…
the dog companion storyline was very very touching.
